:: pressure washing
Despite it's name, pressure washing should
rarely involve the use of high pressure.
Siding, roofs, and decks should always
be chemically cleaned by applying the
cleaners and rinsing at moderate to low
pressure levels. Commercial grade pressure
washers can spray water at up to 4,000
pounds per square inch, yet surfaces such
as siding should rarely be cleaned at
over 100 psi (comparable to your garden
hose). That's why we utilize a low pressure,
hot water cleaning method to provide the
deepest and safest cleaning possible.
We preserve your investment without risking
any potential damage.
Concrete and patios are cleaned with
a hot water surface cleaner. This method
ensures uniform results and a longer lasting
clean as opposed to the traditional method
which can leave uneven stripes all along
your driveway. Once the surface is cleaned
we will brighten it if necessary to remove
any remaining dirt and mold.
Black streaks on your gutters
can be an eyesore and really drop the
overall curb appeal of your home. These
can be effectively removed with our gutter
facing service usually performed during
your house wash. Since these streaks are
caused by electrostatic bonding, they
require a separate cleaner from the rest
of your home with different methods of
application and rinsing.
